Who We Are
- Our activity began in the beginning of 1982 with the work of general contracting and food trade under the name of Abdul Mohsin Al-Hajili Foundation. It has been through several stages over more than 35 years.
- The Foundation was established on 10/02/1402 AH on behalf of Abdul Mohsen Hasan Al-Hajili Foundation. (4031011218) Its main position is Makkah Al-Makkah. It carried out several projects of private architectural contracting on 30/12/1426 AH. The second generation of the family, Engineer Majdi Ibn Abdul-Mohsen Al-Hajili, took over the functions of management and reactivated the works in the institution and adjusted the capital to 500,000 riyals.
- On 18/05/1428 AH, the commercial name was amended to Ishadat General Contracting Corporation for the development of the works with the great openness of the Queen. Several public and specialized government projects were carried out, for example with the Ministry of Defence represented in the Royal Saudi Air Force.
- Contractors' classification certificate was obtained on 15/3/1433, No. 12351, third degree, for building works (residential, commercial, recreational, government, airport and public utilities), fourth degree, in electrical works, road works, mechanical work, water and sanitation works, garden afforestation and site organization.
- On 16/10/2011, the legal entity was amended to Ashadat Ltd.
